Mid-Century Dutch Design Cognac Leather Cubic Pinewood Armchair by Ate van Apeldoorn for Houtwerk Hattem, 1970s

Very nice minimalistic cubic armchair / sidechair made of solid pinewood designed in the 1970s by Ate van Apeldoorn for Houtwerk Hattem. This robust armchair features beautifully stitched seat and backrest made of smooth cognac colored leather. The condition of the wooden frame and leather is very well preserved. This elegant and balanced design – that is very likely from Dutch origin – fits in any modern interior.
