Excellent and rare Brazilian leather sofa designed with great craftsmanship by Jean Gillon for Woodart in the 1960s. The frame is made of jacaranda wood and is upholstered with a fine warm grey leather which shows a very nice patina. The wooden frame and the original leather upholstery – held together with wedges and leather straps – is in a superb condition. This sofa is a real piece of art for admirers of rare high quality Latin furniture collectables.
